Mission Statement

Clinton County Association of Township Officials is an association formed from twenty one townships of Clinton County. The association of elected officials is formed to interact and discuss township matters and ways to improve local government in their communities.

The association is governed by a five member executive board to arrange an annual convention for the twenty one municipalities to offer training sessions and discuss challenges and best practices for township government.

The purpose of the association is to provide an annual convention for elected township officials to offer an opportunity to network with other municipalities, businesses and leaders in the county to share information and converse with one another about the most current issues and challenges to find the best solutions to manage their municipalities.
